I bought the three skillets to try. These are teriffic!They clean up easily and most foods do not stick. I do add a little ghee to my scrambled eggs. You can almost wipe out the skillet and you are ready to go for the next round . I am thinking of getting the complete set. I have loved my revere ware for 50 years....it is taking a back seat now. I love it has no teflon in it. although I will steill be using non scratch utensils on it anyway as that is how it behaves. Again , I say , WOW..
