The festival kicks-off Friday, September 14 with the Village at Northstar Wine Walk as a welcome to the Sierra surrounding Lake Tahoe. Saturday and Sunday’s activities include bike skills clinics, Northstar Enduro Race, Bosch Boogaloo E-Bike Race, Northstar Downhill Bike Race, Sierra Prospect Road Rally and the opportunity to demo 2019 bikes from leading industry brands.
The weekend also includes yoga classes, bike clinics, Village Pub Crawl, and family activities such as a kid’s bike activities, bungee trampoline, miniature golf, face painting, gem panning and more. Live music Saturday and Sunday sets a lively tone on the main stage in the heart of the Village.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14
BIKE CLINIC
Brush up on your cycling skills with one of multiple ride-alongs and clinics throughout the weekend for guests of all ability levels and disciplines, from road to mountain.
VILLAGE WINE WALK
After a fun day of riding, wind down with the Wine Walk in Northstar Village. Tickets include a variety of wines, light snacks, live music and even a complimentary commemorative wine glass.
*Check-in is at the Season Pass and Tickets Office in the Village. All participants must be 21, and show a valid I.D.
KIDS’ ACTIVITIES
After playing around on some new bikes, practice your putt-putt skills with our Sierra-themed mini golf course that weaves through town, featuring elements of local flora, wildlife, and facts about the area’s mining background and history. Not done yet? Keep the fun going with cornhole, Gem Panning, the Bungee Trampoline, Spider Climb or Rock Wall; or kick back and relax in Adirondack chairs or at the Overlook Bar.

VENDOR FESTIVAL WITH BIKE DEMOS
Test out the latest products and technology on the exact terrain it was designed for with lift access to Northstar’s world-class trails all day long. Demos are available for consumers, retailers and those who like bikes as much as we do from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Welcome to the main event, which you definitely won’t want to miss. Enduro combines the physical endurance of cross-country riding with the technical difficulty of downhill riding, making for nonstop excitement for both competitors and spectators all over the mountain.
*Competitor Note: Races will consist of a minimum of two timed Special Stages, linked together by un-timed Transfer Stages. Timed Special Stages will be a variation of downhill courses and un-timed Transfer Stages may require some chairlift use and uphill pedaling. There will be no assigned start times at the Special Stages. Racers will start every 40 seconds (in no particular order) and the competitor with the fastest combined time in each category will be the winner.

With each location’s favorite drink ready and waiting for you to sample upon arrival, the Village Pub Crawl will give you a taste of all the best cocktails, wine and seasonal beers Northstar has to offer.

Whether you’re a spectator or competitor, you won’t want to miss this thrilling race held on four unique courses that were specifically designed for eMTB racers with vertical ascents, drops, obstacles, berms and more – all of which push the limits of what you previously thought was possible on two wheels.

HIGH FIVES FOUNDATION DINNER
Join Peter Stetina, Levi Leipheimer, Marco Sullivan, and friends for dinner at 6 p.m. in the Zephyr Lodge to help support the High Fives Foundation, which supports the dreams of outdoor athletes who have suffered life-altering injuries and promotes injury prevention awareness. The Gala Dinner will be a fine-dining experience you won’t want to miss, and proceeds will go towards the foundation’s efforts.

With 20 adrenaline-ready divisions for men, women and juniors, this isn’t your average Sunday ride. For those watching, don’t blink or you might miss the action as riders rip by at up to X mph; and for those riding, good luck and enjoy the ride as you race down Northstar’s world-class terrain featuring conditions that are fit for the big event.
BREWMASTER DINNER
Join Northstar’s Executive Chef Steve Anderson at Tavern 6330’ as he guides you through five courses of seasonally inspired dishes that are carefully paired with craft beers – thanks to partnering up with local breweries. After a long few days of mountain biking, it’s the perfectly tasteful way to wrap up the weekend (pun absolutely intended).
Join Peter Stetina on a journey to Nevada’s arid desert and back from the crystal waters of Lake Tahoe with a Road Rally of timed segments brought to you by the creators of Levi’s GranFondo. There are two routes to choose from (The Express: 40 miles, and The Intrepid: 98 miles), which start and finish at Northstar, are equipped with plenty of aid stations, and feature one breathtaking vista after another along the way.
