Sylvansport has been producing the Go pull behind trailer since around 2008 and this year introduced some accessories to go along with it or for anyone who is tent camping.
The Sylvansport Go trailer is a sweet little pull behind with a built in tent, but the coolest thing about it, is the way you can remove the tent and use the trailer itself to haul cargo or gear or even use it as a utility trailer for hauling bigger items like appliances or landscaping. The only thing missing though has always been the kitchen sink…hahaha
New this year from Sylvansport is the Over Easy Camp Kitchen System which they subtitle, Ultimate Portable Outdoor Kitchen. This thing is pretty cool with its compact footprint and its own carrying case so no matter if you’re tent camping old school style or pulling their Go trailer or maybe you have a homemade trailer and have always wanted a kitchen to complete your ultimate setup.
The Over Easy Camp Kitchen System comes with a few cooking accessories and it’s own bag. As you can see in the pictures it is very small in size but folds out to yield a huge working countertop that you can place a camp stove on as well as some storage with a shelf under the countertop inside the fabric outer shell.
This compact unit could help you keep your sanity while out there roughing it in the wild, allowing you to have a flat surface for cooking and making sure the French Press doesn’t tip over in the morning.
