Hargroves Cycles was established in 1981 by Peter Hargroves. The first shop was located in Millbrook, Southampton and at the time was named Raymond Peters Cycles. In 1985 Peter Hargroves bought the company outright and the name was changed to Hargroves Cycles.

Since then the Hargroves Cycles brand has grown to become the most recognised quality bike shop chain in the South of England. We now operate shops in Southampton, Winchester, Chichester, Fareham, Swindon. 

In addition to our 6 shops we also operate a very busy online business shipping worldwide.
