Andy was awesome, he told me all about how the Traeger grill operated. Also he did not try to over sale me. I had heard good things about Traeger grills so was interested but did not come in to buy, but the customer service I got from Andy I ended up getting the Silverton grill.
Been with Trager for 25+ years - looking to upgrade to the new Silverton model.
